Staff Grievance
Staffs GRIEVANCE for college teaching and non teaching staffs is a process of addressing and resolving complaints or issues related to work environment, work overload, hygiene, transportation, or any other matter that affects the staff’s well-being and performance. It is important for the management to have a Faculty/Staff Grievance Redressal Committee that can receive written complaints from the staff and suggest appropriate remedies. The committee should also provide a platform for the staff to voice their concerns and grievances in person and ensure that every grievance is resolved within a reasonable time. The committee should follow the law of natural justice and respect the rights and dignity of the staff.
